Emma Hagen

Emma is a UKCP accredited Psychotherapist, Supervisor, and Senior Trainer. She is dual trained in Psychodrama Psychotherapy (Northern School of Psychodrama) and Person-centred Counselling (Strathclyde University) and holds the UKCP Child and Adolescent Proficiency Marker. Emma has worked extensively in a freelance capacity, in both private practice and for organisations. She has held employed posts with the Children and Young People’s team at Glasgow Women’s Aid; Freedom from Torture; and Barnardos Here and Now Trauma Bereavement and Loss service in HMP & YOI Polmont. She was an associate psychotherapist and supervisor with Mandala Consultants. And is currently an associate Wellbeing Practitioner for The Artists Wellbeing Company. She is the co-founder and senior trainer of Psychodrama Scotland and trainer with Glasgow Council on Alcohol’s Integrative Diploma.
Leila Frondigoun

Leila is a Psychodrama Psychotherapist, co-founder and senior trainer with Psychodrama Scotland. She is a certified cyber therapist and a clinical supervisor.
Leila has worked with those affected by trauma and abuse and applies these methods in a consensual way to work safely while allowing for creative exploration. Leila has worked with adults dealing with a range of mild to moderate mental health issues and she has experience working therapeutically with children, young people and their families.
Leila is a psychodrama psychotherapist who is accredited by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a member of the British Psychodrama Association (BPA). She served on the board for the BPA and as a trustee at the Michael Watson Trust from 2019-2021. She abides by the code of ethics of the BPA and UKCP and her training was underpinned by a person-centred approach. As well as studying languages, Leila has a background in social care, working with those affected by trauma and homelessness.
