Psychodrama can also be used in one-to-one therapy in various ways to allow clients to better understand themselves and offer a new perspective on their relationships and their wider situation. Emma Hagen and Leila Frondigoun both offer individual psychotherapy and counselling in a variety of venues in Lochwinnoch, Glasgow and the surrounding areas. Their trainings were underpinned by a person centred approach and they can offer a tailored approach to meet your needs.
Emma Hagen
Emma has had an individual therapy practice since 2010. Since moving to Lochwinnoch she is offering sessions within the village, at both indoor and outdoor locations, Lochside and through local woodland areas. She is passionate about, and is constantly developing, her walk and talk sessions in nature. She also still has a small client base at the Consulting Rooms in Glasgow city centre.
