Who is it for?

This workshop is for anyone over the age of 18. No previous experience of psychodrama is necessary. It is for those who would like to expand their creativity, learn more about themselves, and experience the power (and fun) of psychodrama. It is suitable for counsellors, psychotherapists, arts and play therapists who would like to enliven their practice through psychodrama and creative action methods theory and practice. And for those who have some experience of working with individuals or groups in a way which enhances personal development or promotes learning, such as educators, health professionals, social workers, and community workers.

What can I expect?

  • Experiential learning within a supportive and fun  group environment.
  • Experience of, and the opportunity to practice and learn how to safely apply, creative action methods in one-to one sessions.
  • Live demonstrations of the method in action.
  • The opportunity to use a range of creative resources for yourself and with others.
  • An introduction to psychodrama theory, specifically exploring the use of mirror and concretisation.
  • British Psychodrama Association accredited training.
  • Certificate of Attendance for CPD
